Registration is Open for the 2020 RIA Conference and Exposition

The RIA 74th Annual Meeting & Expo will be held on April 14-16, 2020 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana.

POST-CONFERENCE TRAINING COURSES (OPTIONAL)

Attendees may register for optional post-conference certification training courses - Fire Loss Specialist (FLS) or Contents Loss Specialist (CLS). Training courses will take place Friday, April 17 – Sunday, April 19, 2020, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Training course registration includes: training course materials, breakfast, and lunch. Additional certification exam fees may apply.

NOTE: Training Course does NOT teach to the Exam.

Expo Hall Only/Guest Passes

Full Conference Registration includes access to the RIA Awards Banquet & Celebration and the Expo Hall. Guest Passes may be purchased for the RIA Awards Banquet and Celebration for $85. Expo Hall Only passes may be purchased for $99. The Guest and Expo Hall Only passes do NOT include Post-Conference Training Courses or Exams and General Educational/Meeting Sessions.

Payment

Acceptable payment forms include: checks made payable to RIA (drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars), Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Full payment must accompany all online registration confirmations. If you would like to pay by check, click the Pay Later option at the end of the registration process.  Please print a copy of your confirmation page and submit that along with a check payable to RIA and mail to:

Note: Registration fees via check payment must be received by February 29, 2020.  If payment is not received by this date your registration will be canceled.

Online registrations will receive an email confirmation once you have completed the registration process. For questions or concerns, please contact Alyssa Carroll at meetings@restorationindustry.org.

Cancellations/Refunds

To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received in the RIA office on or before February 13, 2020. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $120 processing fee. Requests will be processed after the meeting.  There will be no refunds issued for requests received after February 13, 2020.
